ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you're not just a caretaker of our facilities; you are the backbone of our operational excellence. Your efforts in maintaining our properties help create the welcoming and safe environment that our staff and customers expect. With each task, whether it’s a simple repair or a complex project, you contribute to our mission of reliable service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and enhance property aesthetics through painting, landscaping, power washing, etc. You will not be bored doing the same thing – always different!
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple locations, ensuring high standards are met.
• Participate in larger construction projects, learning from seasoned experts.
• Travel between sites (you will need your own car), with mileage reimbursement as a perk of your dedication.
