Orloff Property Management is looking for an experienced hands-on Maintenance Technician.

Position Summary: It is the responsibility of our Maintenance Technicians to provide excellent customer service. We expect our technicians to establish rapport with residents, while handling maintenance requests promptly and courteously. Our technicians are also involved with the curb appeal of our properties and the turn process as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities Includes (but are not limited to): Ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, all other laws pertaining to Multifamily operations as well as the company’s policies and procedures.The Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing the following:

· Grounds & Curb Appeal

· Pools and Pool Equipment

· HVAC Equipment

· Appliances

· Plumbing

· Electrical Panels and Wiring

· Drywall

· Snow & Ice removal

Qualifications: The individual we are looking for must have one year of employment history that demonstrates the knowledge and understanding of property maintenance and customer service. HVAC Certification is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered. The right candidate must be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writing. Must possess a valid EPA Card and Driver's License.
