Primary Responsibilities

• Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and verbal or written instructions for task execution.
• Complete all assigned preventive maintenance tasks and work orders promptly, conducting regular checks and inspections as necessary.
• Perform functionality and alignment assessments, executing adjustments, modifications, and replacements under guidance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on various manufacturing and associated support equipment.
• Diagnose issues in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in industrial settings..
• Conduct post-repair testing, ensuring equipment and areas are left clean and safe.
• Operate relevant equipment, conduct tests, and document results appropriately.
• Adhere to prescribed methods and sequences for equipment inspection or testing, making necessary modifications.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and collaborate effectively within team settings.Uphold a safe and quality work environment through training, awareness, and adherence to safety protocols and SOPs

Requirements

• Possession of a two-year degree in Electrical Automation, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Electrical Systems, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
• Three or more years of practical experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and/or automation systems.

Proficiency in:

• AC/DC electrical power systems and supplies
• Industrial manufacturing equipment and automated systems
• Automation electronics, electrical controls, and PLCs
• Proximity and optical sensors, signal wiring, and connectivity
• Strong troubleshooting skills with or without schematics
• General mechanical aptitude and use of various hand tools
• Use of voltmeter and other general-purpose test equipment
• Pneumatics, hydraulics, and associated controls
• Licensing as an electrician or equivalent background in high-voltage electrical systems
• Vacuum pumps and systems, as well as sterilization chambers (steam-supplied autoclaves)
• General plumbing skills
• Electro-mechanical systems and servos
• WFI or USP water systems and circuit board repair
• Ethernet communications and wiring, along with proficiency in Building Management Systems
• Reverse engineering and Root Cause Analysis

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
