The HR Generalist/Recruiter will run the daily Human Resource functions including research, develop, implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization and enforcing company policies and practices. This position will also be responsible for managing employee benefits enrollments, including but not limited to claims support, billing reconciliations, and compliance.
