Seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Manufacturing experience to work for a 150 employee plant. ADP experience highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Dayforce
- Assist with various HR projects, including organization design and restructuring
- Provide support in employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Manage affirmative action planning and reporting
- Support social media management for HR initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Dayforce
- Familiarity with Oracle or other HR software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
