JDA is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Middlefield, OH

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations. You will oversee all aspects of quality control and quality assurance processes, including inspections, audits, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC, project management, and quality systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
- Oversee the implementation of HACCP principles and FDA regulations
- Manage the documentation of quality processes, including SOPs, work instructions, and specifications
- Lead quality audits to assess compliance with internal standards and external regulations
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier audits as necessary
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and FDA regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends for process improvement
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Note: This is a paid position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
