Complex Administrative Assistant (Office Manager) De Queen, Arkansas

Annual pay plus incentive 46k / 62k

This position will report to the Complex Manager and manage all office needs and supervise direct reports including Housekeeping for admin buildings.

This position will ensure that all scheduled objectives and deadlines are meet while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Administrative Assistant / Office manager

• Budgeting process-Complex admin donations

• Staffing minutes

• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays when needed

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma / GED; College Degree in related field preferred.EOE / Vet / Disabled
