Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for one of our clients! This client is an Award-Winning design-and-build Firm located in Kirkwood, Missouri. Teaming up with talented and nationally recognized architects, they take clients from concept to completion.

Your role will involve scheduling company-provided inbound leads, visiting clients & closing them on services. Are you persistent, independent, patient, understanding, and the most competitive person you know? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with an excellent compensation structure? We are looking for a motivated outside sales representative with an extensive background in construction. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and help clients achieve their goals while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Structure & Compensation

  • Full-Time Opportunity Based in Kirkwood, MO
  • Leads will be provided!
  • Working Hours range throughout the week, i.e., 9 to 5
  • Mileage Allowance Included
  • Competitive Base (depends on experience) Commissions
  • OTE 1st Year $150,000/yr
  • W2 position

What This Job Entails

  • Schedule quotes from inbound leads
  • Prospect new clients as well managing an active pipeline
  • Drive out & quote contracts for residential properties
  • Relationship building
  • Understanding of the residential remodel market
  • Facilitate the closing process
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of buyers.

Requirements

  • 5 years of residential remodel estimating and sales experience
  • Valid driver's license with no driving convictions
  • Flexible, i.e., if a customer has a question on an evening, you can answer your phone or book a lead.
  • Be computer proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Keep current on new products and trends in the remodeling industry, attend trade shows
  • Attend and report fully at weekly Sales/Design/Estimating meetings
  • Work hours are flexible to meet customer requirements
  • Keep the client informed and engaged throughout the entire sales/design process * Keep the sales process moving briskly.
