In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience while ensuring their clients have the coverage they need.

Responsibilities


Process customer policy change requests.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Develop new Financial Services opportunities.

Document each customer contact in eAgent.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Requirements


Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Great Customer Service Skills.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
