Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona is Currently Hiring a Customer Care Representatives

Our top candidate will have previous Customer Service experience, a strong background in exceeding customer expectations, extremely detail oriented, reliable and efficient.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for reviewing orders / projects to ensure proper product is included in contract
  • Provide feedback to Jacuzzi Sales Representative regarding measurements or pricing issues.
  • Welcome call with new clients to review products ordered and assign an installation date
  • Review quality standards and customer satisfaction / reviews in a timely fashion
  • Provide excellent customer service to our current & past clients
  • Be of service to any customers between sales and install duration

HOURS

  • Full-time Monday- Friday and every other Saturday (OT at time and a half)
  • 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Customer service and data entry experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Construction contract experience (preferred)
