POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is your first opportunity to start your career growth within the Jacobs Financial family and is essential to our client experience and requires excellent customer service, confidentiality, and exceptional time management. As a client services assistant, you will be a vital piece of the office by completing the daily operations, including, but not limited to answering the phones and welcoming clients, scheduling meetings in outlook for our financial advisors, handling practice postal mail, faxing, and email, utilizing computer systems and programs in support of client relations, assisting financial advisor with client investment & insurance application submittals, recording & tracking of new and existing business. Replenishing refreshments for in person clients, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses /certifications or other knowledge, skills and abilities.
