Job Summary:

Responsible for receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of supplies and equipment. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Schedule:

• Full-Time | 64 hours every two weeks | Summer position
• Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
• Weekend & Holiday rotation.

What You'll Do:

• Conducts routine physical inventory of decentralized PAR storage areas in patient care units.
• Transmits PAR orders to the Distribution Center.
• Delivers and replenishes supplies at the decentralized PAR areas.
• Performs stock-keeping duties on a scheduled basis & picks and assembles orders.
• Performs cycle counts as needed and Identifies items that are low or out on an ongoing basis.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Experience with automated inventory management systems preferred.
• Computer skills involving inventory control, receiving and issuing of supplies preferred.
• A valid Minnesota Driver's License and driving record in good standing may be required.
• Current DOT Health Card issued by the Employee Health Services Department at the St. Cloud Hospital may be required.
