J.K. Residential Services Inc. is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk Near Los Angeles, CA
Our long-standing Property Management Company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team at the corporate office near the Glendale/Dodger's Stadium in Los Angeles area.
We provide training for all new hires.
Essential Duties :
- Process payments for property's invoices
- Review and determine the appropriate general ledger account coding.
- Records checking for past payments
- Verify vendor prices to ensure they are as per agreements.
- Process Petty Cash Voucher reimbursement.
- Research and resolve past due balances.
- Weekly check runs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma is required; some background in payable is a plus.
- Basic knowledge/experience on using Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work Monday through Friday; 8 am 5pm.
- Authorized to work in the United States w/out sponsorship
- Pass background investigation, employment reference check, and drug test.
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule
- Full Time, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
- $17- $21 per hour
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- Paid National Holidays
- Training for all new hires.
