Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Streamlining and maintaining meticulous employee records.
• Providing essential support in benefit administration, including COBRA and enrollment processes.
• Ensuring smooth offboarding procedures to uphold positive employee experiences.
• Efficiently managing employee data and generating insightful reports.
• Assisting in the recruitment journey to secure top talent for our team.
• Keeping abreast of the latest HR policies and procedures to guarantee compliance and efficiency.
• Curating and updating our comprehensive job description library.
• Conducting meticulous benefit-related reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Proactively monitoring and updating time and attendance records.
• Embracing flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Technologically proficient, especially with Excel- required
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS (UKG)-preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Basic knowledge of labor laws

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent- required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field- required

Education

• Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
