Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the Director in overseeing the operations and administration of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day operations and provide guidance to staff members

Requirements:
- CDA or Bachelor's degree in Education Administration required
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and organizational development

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
