Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment and contribute to the smooth operation of daily tasks. Must be willing to learn and adjust to the flow of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations efficiently and ensure administrative support to staff
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle phone systems, direct calls, and take messages as needed
- Assist with order entry and maintain inventory records
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Support calendar management for appointments and deadlines
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Provide administrative support for various projects as required
