Job DescriptionCompany Description
RemX Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with scheduling regular meal deliveries.
- Title: Customer Service Rep
- Employment Type: Contract
- Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL | ONSITE
- Salary: Bilingual Spanish $18/hour -English $17.00 an hour
- Start Date: asap
- Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
- Training: Training is 2 weeks and then you'll be taking phone calls!
Responsibilities:
- Assist callers with questions related to their health insurance / meal deliveries
- Assist callers with issues and navigation of site/portal
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
Requirements:
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
- 1 year experience in customer service REQUIRED
- Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
