Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Director to lead the expansion of our company's IT outsourcing business in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our IT outsourcing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the North American market.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Lead contract negotiations and oversee the development and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, technical, and operations teams, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT outsourcing sales, with a proven track record of successfully expanding business in the North American market.
A deep understanding of the IT outsourcing industry, including knowledge of current market trends, key players, and competitive landscape.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals.
High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in Chinese is a big plus.
