Description: The Kitchen Manager is a salaried professional, who supports the Executive Chef in the daily operational success of the Culinary program at Isle of Us. They are responsible for upholding the company's high standards of excellence as established by the Executive Chef and the employee handbook.
The Kitchen Manager does not lead from a distance but instead alongside fellow employees in order to be more effective, maintain product quality, and fix any problems in the kitchen as they arise.
Working alongside other crew members on the line and in the prep kitchen allows the Sous Chef to lead others and teach by example.
The Kitchen Manager is a champion of Isle of Us standards and procedures. They exemplify the brand values Sustainability, Community and Quality in everything they do.
