Responsibilities

Calling all real estate rockstars! Are you a graduate from the epic PLACE Launch program? We've got an exciting opportunity for you!

As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for executing the jaw-dropping PLACE lead generation systems weekly. You'll have the chance to consult with buyers, work your magic, and convert them into happy homeowners by getting those signed buyer agreements and identifying their dream homes.

But that's not all! You'll also unleash your negotiation skills to score amazing deals on behalf of your sellers and buyers. And don't worry about keeping track of everything because we've got your back with our state-of-the-art PLACE Technology to help you stay on top of your tasks and activities.

Get ready to shine as you rock two open houses every month, showcasing our incredible properties. Your prospecting and lead-generation activities will transform into appointments, allowing you to work your magic and turn potential clients into enthusiastic buyers.

We believe in honing your skills, so you'll be part of our weekly script practice sessions, where you'll become a master of communication. And of course, we love to have fun, so get ready to participate in team activities that will have you laughing and bonding with your amazing colleagues.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
