Front Desk Representative for a creative real estate office:
We have an immediate FULL TIME opening for a creative office ambassador responsible for our design oriented, team spirited, boutique Real Estate Sales company. We are looking for someone who is experienced, organized, flexible, prompt, reliable and fun to work with!
Simply put your goal is to assist our company with a variety of responsibilities focused on creative tasks including social media posts and content creation, image editing and selection, advertising review and overseeing fun and engaging company events.
You will also be the welcoming, highly energetic, creative image of our firm to the public, involved in making everyone feel welcome [and organized]! You’ll be responsible for updating our websites, social media and keeping the office running full speed ahead! Sprinkle in a touch of sales agent support, and some client interaction and you’ll never be bored!
You would be our “GO-TO“ team member that will be the first point of enthusiastic contact for our customers, clients, staff and agents!
The ideal applicant must have some real estate experience (a real plus!) or interest, some creative skills surrounding graphics and social media, and possess a creative self confidence in working with others. We are looking for someone with a resourceful nature ready to “shift gears” daily as no two days are alike! Mac OS experience a must.
We will be open-minded and flexible on work location but you must live within commute to our office, and be willing to commit to some in-office work, preferably 3-4 days a week [(let’s discuss)].
Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time on approval
Pay: D.O.E - Competitive compensation based on your abilities, needs and experience.
Location: Hybrid office or some flexible remote work.
Needs: Real Estate related experience, graphic, social media, tech skills
