Job Overview: As an Inside Real Estate Sales Agent at Get Your Nest, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing the real estate industry. Your role is to provide exceptional support to clients, guiding them through the buying process using our advanced technology and resources. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals. Act as their trusted advisor throughout the real estate journey.

Tech-Enabled Sales: Utilize our state-of-the-art technology stack, including AI-driven recommendations and virtual tours, to provide clients with an immersive and efficient experience.

Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including 200 phone calls, emails, and social media. Leverage our CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline lead management.

Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood information to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.

Client Education: Educate clients on the benefits of our technology-driven approach and how it simplifies the real estate process, ensuring they feel confident and informed.

Qualifications:

• Active or Previously Active Real Estate License
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
