What We're Seeking:

We are in search of a motivated and organized Back Office Dental Assistant with some experience in front office reception duties to complement our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care skills while efficiently managing all aspects of clinical responsibilities.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant with an active x-ray license.

· Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus, though not mandatory.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal abilities and leadership potential.

· Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.

· Willingness to innovate and contribute new ideas.

· Proactive, energetic, and diligent work ethic.

Responsibilities:

· Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures.

· Utilize medical terminology and maintain aseptic technique to ensure patient safety.

· Assist with dental reception duties and patient care, including taking vital signs.

· Handle medical imaging and X-Ray procedures, following radiation health and safety protocols.

· Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems like Eaglesoft and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

· Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues.

· Utilize Eaglesoft efficiently for administrative tasks and patient scheduling.

· Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.

· Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve skills in dental assisting and patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
