Essential Smiles Dental Laboratories is seeking an individual to join our team as full-time Customer Service Representative based in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems and requests, maintaining databases, and providing excellent customer service.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails between the lab and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of communication.
• Cultivate relationships with customers.
• Process orders and assist with shipping tasks.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience working in the dental industry is required.
• RDA or Dental Technician is preferred.

Skills:

• Must possess proficient English skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese, Japanese, or Spanish is preferred, in addition to English.
