We seek an eager, results-driven Lead Dental Assistant who excels in:

• Having a service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care AND teamwork

• Proven, chairside assisting
• Handling managerial duties associated with leading a team

• iTero scan completed in under 3 minutes (iTero Lumina scanner)
• FMX completed in under 5 minutes
• Temporary crown (single) completed in under 5 minutes

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven leadership experience
• 3( ) years of dental assisting experience (REQUIRED)

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee inventory management and supply ordering to stay within budgetary constraints, negotiating pricing with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates.
• Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of materials and supplies.
• Implement strategies to streamline supply ordering processes, such as centralizing purchasing, standardizing supply lists, and utilizing bulk purchasing discounts.
• Train and mentor other dental assistants in proper inventory management techniques, emphasizing the importance of cost-effectiveness and resource conservation.
• Enforce office policies and protocols related to back office operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monday: 8:30am-5pm

Tuesday- Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm
