Position: Administrative Assistant to Building Principal FTE: 1.0 FTE, 12 Month School: Winthrop SchoolReports To: PrinicpalStart Date: July 1, 2024School Year: 2024-2025Winthrop School is looking for a highly organized, personable team player to join our office staff.Major responsibilities include the management of school finances, including the appropriated budget,grants, revolving accounts, student activity account, reimbursements and extra compensations. Thisposition is also responsible for purchasing, payroll, coordination of school trips andevents, communication with families and staff, and the school website. Routine office duties includeanswering phones, booking appointments, providing front office coverage for the school secretary, andmaintaining office equipment.The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, provide attention to details, and will haveexcellent written, verbal and technology skills. Prioritization, problem-solving, research and analysis, anddeveloped customer service skills are also required.
