Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Professional at IPSI you will play a pivotal role in our client-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and evaluating client insurance needs to provide accurate and comprehensive coverage recommendations.
  • Collaborating with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and claims, ensuring efficient and timely processing.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.
  • - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Process insurance applications, claims, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain client records and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain necessary information and documentation.
  • Support producers to meet monthly goals.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
-Profound knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.(English & Spanish).Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and provide appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
