The Marketing Department:The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. The Career Opportunity:As the Product Marketing Manager for the RevolutionEHR brand, you will drive key marketing and lead generation programs, collaborating with cross functional teams to understand our product strategy and provide key customer insights. Your primary responsibilities include creating a productive, diversified lead-gen and thought-leadership engine designed to provide high quality opportunities to our Sales organization. Concurrently, focus on retention and customer-focused programs to deliver an ongoing value outside of just being their software provider.The position is based in San Diego, CA with a hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in office).Areas of Accountability:
  • Contribute to an annual marketing plan in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Product stakeholders
  • Drive diversified lead generation programs to help exceed monthly opportunities and bookings goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer needs and how our solutions meet those needs
  • Develop product messaging to be used across all media and customer engagement channels
  • Understand the sales cycle, and empower Sales to communicate our products effectively to prospective customers with effective materials
  • Work with Content team to development thought-leadership content in the form of webinars, blogs, whitepapers, etc.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional launch and release marketing initiatives
Competencies for Success:
  • 6 years’ experience in B2B product marketing; demonstrated success marketing software solutions
  • Healthcare / optometry experience is a plus
  • Motived by KPIs and guided by data
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with both in-person and remote colleagues
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and creative
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
