We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies across 11 websites, complete content related website updates, maintain Google My Business profiles, and execute search and social paid media campaigns to convert our prospective patients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing the organizational competency for Digital Marketing. If you are a self-starter, have a deep understanding of Digital Marketing, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand local brand identity, facility locations, patient personas, and growth objectives to develop a strategy for organic search. Analyze website performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

  • Participate in software / website release process, contribute insights into best practices for SEO behind-the-scenes website function.

  • Document strategy and identify key success criteria. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in search. 

  • Actively contribute to the execution of content marketing initiatives to maintain and enhance web content, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.

  • Manage the updates, additions, and removal of web pages to keep the website current, relevant, and optimized for search engines.

  • Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog to actively monitor and analyze the performance of the website while identifying areas for improvement.

  • Manage the updates, additions, and removal of Google My Business content to keep the Google My Business profiles of each Ivy location relevant, and optimized for Google search engine.

  • Develop hypothesis and implement strategies to test and enhance organic search visibility.

  • Generate regular reports on SEO performance, providing comprehensive insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Communicate key findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Take ownership of the execution and analysis of SEO campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing goals.

  • Monitor effectiveness to make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.

  • In concert with our digital strategy, conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and implement targeted keywords into web content to enhance search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that SEO strategies are integrated seamlessly into broader content and marketing initiatives.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and emerging SEO technologies and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a broad geographic range

  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with B2B objectives, including lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.

  • Ad Creation: Work with creative teammates to create compelling ad copy, designs, and formats that resonate with the diverse prospective patient audiences.

  • Audience Targeting: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific prospective patient segments with tailored messages.

  • Budget Analysis: Evaluate media spend across various campaigns, ads, and keywords to provide optimization recommendations.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to optimize click-through rates and conversion rates.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns for better results.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on paid media campaign performance and share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

  • Compliance: Ensure all ad campaigns adhere to relevant advertising in healthcare regulations and healthcare industry best practices.

  • Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad technologies and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Relationships

Internal: Work closely with digital content creators, marketing operations, IT, and other key stakeholders to recommend, implement, and report on campaign strategies.

External: Manage external partners (tech, creative, strategy) for all ad hoc media campaigns.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in executing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter).

  • Experience in analytics tools including GA4 and Microsoft Power BI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of patient marketing principles and best practices is preferred.pacity for creating thinking and problem solving

  • Understanding of web markup languages, including HTML5 and CSS3 (coding experience is a bonus)

  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-border compatibility.

  • 3 years proven experience as an SEO Specialist analyzing and executing SEO campaigns

  • Demonstrated success aligning with content marketing initiatives, including the ability to optimize and maintain web content according to SEO best practices

  • Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience using SEO tools such as Google Search, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant tools to monitor and analyze website performance

  • 2 years experience with preparing and presenting regular reports on SEO performance to offer insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

  • 2 experience conducting comprehensive keyword research and seamlessly implementing targeted keywords into web content for improved search engine rankings

  • Strong understanding of Meta-Data Structure best practices to enhance the visibility and relevance of online content

  • Proven track record of working seamlessly with multiple marketing departments, including creative, strategy, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and effective SEO strategies

  • Capacity for creating thinking and problem solving

Worksite Location: This role can be hired anywhere, preferred locations include states where Ivy Fertility already conducts business, including Washington, California, Colorado, Oregon, New York, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Tennessee, Virginia.
