As a Leasing and Marketing Manager, you will be empowered to lease available apartments in the luxury-lifestyle industry. Let’s talk accountability! YOU would…

• Manage and update all internet listing sites at property level
• Manage social media accounts with focus in branding and advertising
• Create and send out monthly newsletters for resident communication and promotion
• Work in design platforms for creating digital and print marketing materials
• Launch and manage monthly resident events
• Work directly with customers for relocation and manage the “lease to move-in” experience
• Provide custom/private property tours of available apartments
• Fulfill and resolve customer needs
• Ensure communication is delivered to residents accurately and timely
• Collect and process renter information including leasing documents, income documents, credit reports and all other legal documentation necessary

Qualifications YOU possess!

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sister-properties within the portfolio
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a courteous, professional, timely manner
• Sales is experience is preferred; but not required
• Basic understanding and ability to work within digital spaces. An eager individual ready to learn our internal residential systems and advertising platforms.
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors’ Degree strongly preferred
• Valid California driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required

Our Compensation Philosophy

Fenton’s goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive – and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach. To support this goal, we obtain annual market data for each role from similar organizations in the applicable market to ensure we are paying based on current market information. Some of our roles include variable pay, which includes commissions and/or a bonus structure intended to incentivize performance where it matters most.

The compensation range for this position is $22 - $28/hr including leasing commissions that are currently on a 3-tier structure, ranging $140 - $240 per lease! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
