Role: Application support (SimCorp)

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Job Type: long-term Position

Skillset Requirements for the Role:

1) SimCorp Support

1. ideally 3-5 years of SimCorp experience with good understanding of SimCorp Infrastructure (Calc Servers; MUCS; Comm Servers; Message Queues; Batch services, Aux jobs)
2. practical understanding of platform support, incident management and post-incident problem resolution
3. experience in supporting and maintaining a global platform in an Asset Management environment, working across time-zones, managing hand-over between regional teams
4. understanding of the Windows platform, the foundation for SimCorp, with experience of Oracle being an advantage
5. working Knowledge or exposure to Portfolio Accounting and Investment Management systems and processes for asset management
6. good understanding of DFS, Extractors, Batch jobs and of scheduler preferably Autosys
7. experience in using SimCorp Data Warehouse , working knowledge of the SimCorp windows and underlying data navigation and configuration
8. PowerShell scripting and/or Oracle PL-SQL experience an advantage
