We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, providing administrative support, and managing all front desk operations. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate should also have a professional attitude and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
The position entails extended periods of sitting in front of a computer monitor. When necessary, there will be interruptions and job duties that require the person to temporarily leave the workstation to handle tasks such as sorting and delivering mail, resetting conference rooms and offices, light cleaning duties. The ability to sit for prolonged periods and focus on a computer screen is essential. The person must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
