As a Sales Receptionist, you will be our customers' primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service, driving sales of our batteries and bike products, and relative service.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls and provide product consultation to customers through email, phone calls, and live-chatting system. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to their battery needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our batteries and their features. Educate customers on product specifications, compatibility, and benefits.
• Sales and Order Processing Cooperation: Process customer orders efficiently using the Shopify platform.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems to ensure their satisfaction.
• Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers regarding battery installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions to the product development team to help improve our products and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
