We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Engineer to provide test planning and execution support to an Army Test Team. This engineer will an integral member of the team providing test planning and execution support to include Qualification and Range Field Testing. This position includes generating pre-test documentation such as test plans, test requirements, test procedures, and test case matrices, as well as assisting with test planning meetings and Management Reviews. A working knowledge and understanding of DOD test and integration of complex defense systems, especially Command and Control system to include current regulations, policies, and procedures is required. This test engineer will be required to prioritize competing requirements and be able to adjudicate test resource requirements based on an understanding of mission needs for air and missile defense systems as well as support a highly dynamic environment.

Required

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited institution in engineering related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in Tactical Systems test environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Direct experience with IBCS or PATRIOT
• Qualification testing of fielded systems
• Experience with Army Air Defense Systems such as Patriot, LTAMDS, and IBCS
