Location: New York, NY HQ USA ***This role is eligible to be fully remote*** Job Overview:The headquarters Resettlement Team oversee the implementation and quality of services for refugees within their early resettlement period. The team supports IRC local office staff in implementing high quality programs by providing technical assistance, training and monitoring. The Matching Grant Program, funded in public private partnership with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) offers early employment services to newcomers. The Program Officer for Matching Grant provides support and guidance to IRC field offices regarding the implementation of the grant program throughout the IRC US refugee resettlement programs network. The Program Officer guides field offices to achieve compliance and programmatic objectives through communication, technical assistance, and monitoring support. The Program Officer develops long-term bilateral relationships with key staff in all offices and supports IRC HQ with program management responsibilities. The Program Officer reports to the Senior Program Officer, Matching Grant within the Resettlement, Asylum and Integration Department in the US. Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirement.
