Job Title: Private Sponsorship Matching and Placement Program Manager

Location: New York, NY HQ USA Overview: The Program Manager, Private Sponsorship Matching and Placement supports the Matching and Placement Program within the Welcome Corps initiative through assistance with administrative support, data tracking and information management tasks. The Program Manager will support the tracking of program outputs, outcomes, and objectives against established targets. The role also includes assisting with data analysis for donor reporting, and internal IRC reporting needs. The Program Manager works closely with the Senior Program Officer and Program Officer, other Welcome Corps processing staff, the Community Sponsorship Team at IRC Headquarters, the Community Sponsorship Hub, and other Welcome Corps Consortium partners, and other external stakeholders. This position reports to the Senior Program Officer, Private Sponsorship Matching and Placement within the Resettlement, Asylum and Integration (RAI) Department.
