This is a hybrid position. The incumbent may work from home but will be required to work in our Portland office at least 2 days a week.

What You Will be Doing:
As an Interface Engineering Marketing Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to Marketing Team's initiatives and projects. You will utilize developing knowledge to assist in collateral production, marketing data maintenance, and participate in educational programs in the best interest of the company. You will support local Marketing Teams and complete marketing tasks and projects independently as assigned. Duties and responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Providing overall administrative support to marketing efforts
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team
- Maintaining marketing records in our CRM database
- Preparing and maintaining various marketing materials as directed
- Maintaining a library of digital assets and collateral
- Assisting in writing project descriptions and content for a variety of marketing uses
- Assisting in the coordination of special events and client outreach activities
To Qualify for Application:
The successful candidate must have:
- Associate degree, or two years’ experience in a related capacity.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with a wide variety of people.
- Solid organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
To Be Competitive for this Role:
Preferred qualifications include:
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Experience in the AEC industry
