Interface Engineering is Hiring a Remote Marketing Coordinator I

As an Interface Engineering Marketing Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to Marketing Team's initiatives and projects. You will utilize developing knowledge to assist in collateral production, marketing data maintenance, and participate in educational programs in the best interest of the company. You will support local Marketing Teams and complete marketing tasks and projects independently as assigned. Duties and responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Providing overall administrative support to marketing efforts
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team
- Maintaining marketing records in our CRM database
- Preparing and maintaining various marketing materials as directed
- Maintaining a library of digital assets and collateral
- Assisting in writing project descriptions and content for a variety of marketing uses
- Assisting in the coordination of special events and client outreach activities
- Associate degree, or two years’ experience in a related capacity.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with a wide variety of people.
- Solid organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Experience in the AEC industry
- Highly competitive total compensation packages.

Further, we support local business and seek out small and minority owned firms to mentor and partner with on our projects. Staff are free to design programs to get us out to clean up beaches, serve meals at shelters, or teach school-aged kids about engineering – using paid volunteer time.
