WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Plan and implement projects greater than $25k
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Create project schedule
• Lead project team milestones and deadlines
• Manage labor budget
• Track deliverables
• Create work order and schedule labor
• Attend construction meetings
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Implement and manage change orders
• Implement and manage punch lists
• Evaluate and assess result of project

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Exhibit Intereum’s Core Values; Positive Attitude, Do The Right Thing, Resilient, Accountable
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, communication, or related field
• 4 years or more proven work experience in project management
• Excellent communication skills; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Writes clearly and informatively
• Ability to lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
• Conflict resolution experience
• Able to tolerate stress
