YOUR DAY

This full-time engineering position requires domestic and international travel 10-20% of the time; including long hours and non-traditional work schedules.

As an Automation Project Engineer, you manage your assigned project's technical aspects and carry out the scope of work within your specialized field. You work closely with the Project Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of sub-systems, and your expertise plays a vital role in approving design deliverables. Actively engaging in both internal and external project reviews and meetings, offering valuable insights that contributes to project success. Post-project completion, you coordinate and participate in debriefing sessions, facilitating team learning and improvements for future endeavors. You are at the forefront of project management, where you can showcase your technical skills while bolstering the organization's overall success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical/Vocational diploma or degree from an accredited institution in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering or related field
• 2 years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of English

Knowledge and experience with the following is preferred:

• Hardware – AutoCAD, Ebase or Eplan; Software – Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server 2012, VMware, HyperV; PCL – Studio 5000, TIA Portal
