DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS R&D ROLE

As our full-time Research and Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a team of up to 5 employees, overseeing the development and execution of innovative projects. You'll ensure quality and compliance with group processes and international standards, while also identifying resources and balancing work within the team. Regularly monitoring progress, you'll take decisive actions to manage deviations and foster transparency within the team. Your guidance will support the implementation of best practices and ensure a high level of data quality in our projects. With your leadership, our team will thrive and continue to drive forward-thinking solutions!

Here's what we will need from our Research and Development Manager:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in e.g. engineering, IT, or food technology
• 5 years of R&D experience in mechanical, electrical, PLS software, software solutions, service, or technology
• Experience leading and managing development projects effectively within a matrix organization
• Knowledge of business administration, supply chain, and financial aspects
• Proficiency with IT tools, including MS Office

Having agile methodology education and team management experience is preferred. Experience using systems such as MS Project, M-CAD, E-CAD, PDM, and Azure DevOps is a plus!
