Reports to: Sales Manager
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first line of contact between customers and the company. Friendliness, timely communication, knowledge of products and record keeping accuracy are key to achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide our national and international customers with product and service information.
- Able to calculate and create quotations for requested products.
- Work with and maintains accurate data and records in ERP software.
- Work closely with the Production Manager and Sales Manager to ensure timely production and shipping of orders and relay information to customers.
- Committed to the long-term development of customer relationships.
- Effective team worker, able to work well under pressure.
- Collect and analyze customer and business data for internal reports.
- Interacts with company and customer to bring forward recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
- Understands database software.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Effective English language written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
