Job Description

A Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day, and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends

Service Areas:

North Highlands, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Antelope, Riego, Elverta, Rio Linda, and surrounding areas

Compensation: $23 - $30 Per Hour - Full time, based upon experience; Promotion opportunity to Program Supervisor (salaried) based upon experience

This position may require the candidate be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with all vaccination requirements set forth by Intercare funding sources and pursuant to any guidelines from the California Department of Health.

Job Skills/Credentials/Experience:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree and either of the following:
  •  12 semester units of ABA course work with one (1) year experience implementing and/or designing ABA programming
  • Two (2) years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs
• Strong ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and clinical skills
• Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred)
• Have previous clinical experience at an autism service provider or in a school setting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
