Integrity IT Solutions is looking for a full-time Technical Systems Analyst to join our expanding team.

About the Role

This is much more than a simple helpdesk or call center role. You can expect a blend of technical support and services, system administration, technical project work, and more.

As such, the Technical Systems Analyst is expected to model professionalism with stellar communication skills, interfacing with clients and team members both on-site and online. Daily activities include a wide variety of tasks with varying levels of complexity, assigned based on the engineer's experience, background, and knowledge scope.

Job Overview

• Provide IT support for clients remotely or at a client site.
• Find fixes, workarounds, and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exemplary customer service.
• Must be technically capable and a self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills.
• May be required to travel to client sites.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines.
• Record, track, and document request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution.
• Respond in a timely manner to requests and issues.
• Repair and replace equipment as needed.
• Provide onsite and remote support to end users.
• May be required to set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups).
