We are looking for a passionate Technical Solution Analyst to partner with our clients to design, implement, and support our software solutions. We are seeking candidates with experience in Cerner Millennium, Soarian, RevElate, Epic, Allscripts, or MEDITECH.

Technical Solution Analyst responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and customizing solutions to client needs. Our ideal candidates are familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.

Responsibilities:
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Document and maintain software functionality
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with latest features

Test and validate software solutions

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field

Experience with data analysis techniques and tools

Knowledge of database design principles and SQL query language

Proficiency in VBA for Excel automation is a plus

Experience in Cerner Millennium, Soarian, RevElate, Epic, Allscripts, or MEDITECH preferred.

Familiarity with software development methodologies and SDLC processes

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in software engineering tools

Ability to document requirements and specifications

Pay: $39,289.00 - $78,502.00 per year
