Our roots trace back to over 30 years, beginning as custom home builders in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Job Summary:

Customer Care Representative should have experience in residential construction. To be intentional and excellent while providing customer service, adding value to our homebuyer’s experience, and be a warranty analytical person, through consistent or creative means that align with the company values.

Essential Functions:

  • Treats all customers, families, trade partners and co-workers with dignity and respect; consistently demonstrating professionalism and honesty to all.

  • Displays teamwork among all co-workers and communicates clearly and effectively; helps without being asked and listens attentively
  • Takes accountability for actions; maintains responsibilities and does not blame others
  • Strives for personal growth and self-improvement; eager to learn new skills and work on deficiencies
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of our customers and business, always ensuring the right for modesty and privacy.
  • Demonstrates competence and knowledge in all work-related activities and systems (PLM, EIC, MKS, etc.)
  • Develop and preserve professional relationships with current homeowners

  • Deliver a superb experience to the homeowners
  • Deliver world class customer service to all homeowners, trade partners, and vendors
  • Direct communication with the homeowners to provide updates on the project/repair and address the homeowner’s concerns
  • Build relationships daily with homeowners, trade partners, vendors, and other team members.
  • Provide warranty orientation to new homeowners.
  • Answer and coordinate/direct any incoming warranty calls and requests with proper documentation.
  • Responsible for scheduling and following up on trade partner appointments to ensure problem was resolved.
  • Use the computer systems and technologies provided to maintain service request from homeowners, your work order schedule, as well as to schedule trade partners as needed, and to properly document the completion, denial, and progress of warranty work orders
  • Inspect all work for quality and completion and have the homeowner sign off on work orders assigned to you.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable work vehicle.
  • Know and adhere to all standards set forth in the community warranty manuals as well as the third-party warranty guidelines.
  • Responsible for approving and understanding coding of any expenditures associated with this position.
  • Make sure all vendors and trade partners are paid in a timely manner for all warranty work that is assigned to you.

Additional Duties:

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university is preferred, but not required;
  • Five years of construction and project management is a plus

OR

Any combination of related education, experience, certifications, and licenses that will result in candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job.

  • Bilingual preferred but not required.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Pass a criminal history background check including a social security number verification.
  • Pass a drug test.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (I-9).
  • Possess a valid State of Texas driver’s license within 30 days of employment.

Travel required:

Must be willing to travel to neighboring cities to visit and work on job sites, so reliable transportation is necessary.
