Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer with enthusiasm and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Create leads by community involvement, research, company provided tools, social media, and creative options.
• Answer phone and assist with all customer needs.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Continues self-education of current products and updates.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
• Engage the community and participate in local events.
• Addresses customer concerns.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization. Ensures all cars are charged and ready.
• Perform weekly inventory.
• Prepare price quotes for all cars.
• Stay knowledgeable with current inventory and availability.
• Take photos and update website and social media.
• Utilize CRM software and track leads and sales.
• Follow-up with all leads regularly.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and online chats.
• Update customers on status weekly.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Generate and submit monthly report for commissions.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
