Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Experience:

• Fluent in English; both written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively
