ITS - Integrated Therapy Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated professionalto help creatively recruit, onboard and retain reliable employees for our newly renovated and expanded South Bay location. This position has tremendous potential for growth as well as monetary bonuses. Our Recruiting and Retention Specialist will assist ITS grow a workforce - that can be upwards of 150 employees - ensuring that we provide the best possible therapists for our families seeking services across the Southern California Area.
Essential Functions:
  • Work closely with executive team to clarify job specifications and requirements, discuss business operations, and fill current and further staffing needs.
  • Advocating for the company and maintaining a strong sense of the employer's perspective.
  • Ensure that marketing pertaining to job openings on the ITS - Integrated Therapy Solutions website and job boards comply with our accrediting bodies, up-to-date and professional.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media sources to build an extensive pipeline of qualified candidates to satisfy staffing needs.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Perform all applicants screening, interview candidates, and administers pre-employment tests as necessary; make recommendations for hire to Department/Program Directors.
  • Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Prepare hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment.
  • Research and Develop a pay scale to develop a system of non-discriminatory transparent pay for all applicants.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
  • Recruit in abundance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to create and maintain new relationships through social media, by phone and in person and complete work in fast paced environment.
  • Outcome and results oriented.
  • Ability to support staff company wide.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in self managing time and priorities.
  • Excellent customer service & must have superior communication skills over the phone and via email.
  • Cooperative attitude with team-oriented outlook.
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships.
  • At least one year of recruiting experience and proven verifiable record of meeting production quotas.
  • A professional, yet friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrated history of longevity with employment positions will be a consideration.
