Integral Recruiting Services is seeking an Administrative/Customer Service Assistant for one of our client's located in southern Milwaukee County. Due to growth, our client, a small successful candy is looking to add a part-time, permanent employee to the team. This position will be 100% onsite. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Filing
• Track order deliveries
• Logging orders into spreadsheet
• Complete customer forms in Excel
• Processing orders
• Freight tracking
• Updating and creating Power Point Presentations
• Resolving customers’ issues
• Work with brokers regarding trade show needs
• Pack sample boxes – weight not exceed 60 lbs.

 
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Empathetic and polite
• Problem solver
• Good communication
• Positive attitude
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams
• Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do the task at hand.
• Knowledge of Quick Books helpful
• Create reports.
