The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the co-packaging and small commercial print sector.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology strategies and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company.

As we continue to innovate in our industry, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive our growth forward.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends within the co-packaging and small commercial print sector.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies that meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.

Qualifications :

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
